July Meetup: The 5-9 Hustle – Investing While Working a W-2

Join us Tuesday, July 1st at 6:30 PM at Red Stick Social for a real-world conversation on what it takes to build wealth in real estate while still clocking into your 9-to-5.

We’ll be joined by special guests Nathan Kimbrough and Bryan Tumulty, two active investors who are doing deals outside of their day jobs. We’ll dig into their routines, how they find time to analyze deals and manage properties, the support systems they rely on, and the lessons they’ve learned juggling full-time work and real estate investing.
