This month, we’re sitting down with Nic Bickham of Bickham Property Group for a conversation I’m especially excited about.

Nic first joined our group back in February while working full-time in the oil and gas industry. He took what he was learning, put it into action, and started building his own real estate investing business from the ground up.

Just a few months later, he’s already closed 7 wholesale deals and is growing Bickham Property Group quickly all while still working his 9–5 and building toward the goal of eventually leaving plant life behind.
